Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it

In the original packaging

With a valid proof of purchase (invoice or order ID)

Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., spices, rice, flour, ghee, mustard oil, etc.)

Opened or used food items

Products damaged due to customer mishandling
Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us first with a photo of the damage.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
